TH-900 ESU

TH-900 ESU is a premium hot-work tool steel that stands out from other hot-work tool steels due to its very good mechanical and thermo-physical properties, such as optimum high-temperature strength and high toughness. It is suitable for applications with large tools and the highest stresses. This material is produced exclusively using the ESR process and therefore achieves maximum steel purity, homogeneity and, thanks to a special heat treatment, the excellent properties required to fulfil the requirements of the DGM guideline and NADCA.
